Ingredients:
Milk (1% fat) : 1 litre
Lemon : 1
Serving size:
200 grams Paneer (cottage cheese).
Preparation:
Boil the milk for 10-12 minutes.
Squeeze the lemon and add the full juice to the hot milk.
Stir the milk till the water and milk fat are separated.
Filter the content using a cotton cloth to remove the water.
Keep the remains in a flat pan or bowl.
Paneer is ready.
